Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this document:

 “The Company” refers to Direct Products (Online) Limited Company Reg No 08038228 of Ramsdale Building, Unit 2, Maxwell Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 8TE.

“The Product” refers to any product purchased on www.directproducts4u.co.uk

“The Customer” refers to the person ordering the goods who is subject to these terms.

Pricing and information Policy

The Product prices shown on this site are displayed in Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.  Prices and product information are subject to change before or after the acceptance of the sale.  This occurs when there are additional costs incurred by The Company for modifications of the original order made by the customer. In the event of The Customer altering the original order the price may change to reflect this, additional charges will be dependent of changes and will be highlighted to The Customer before the fulfilment of the order.

Whilst we look to ensure that all products receive accurate pricing information, prices also may be subject to change in the unlikely event products are incorrectly listed.  The Customer will be informed of any changes in price to an ordered product before the fulfilment of the order. 

Delivery is charged in addition to the Product Price and is clearly displayed.  Delivery Charges are only valid in the UK.  

Out of Stock Items

Should The Customer pay for an item that is out of stock, The Company will refund The Customer of the amount paid.  Unless stated, all purchases are made on a supply or cancel basis. 

Product Ownership

The Company hold ownership of The Product until the final payment has been made in fulfilling the order.

Delivery

Should The Company be unable to deliver The Customers product in the agreed upon time (due to unforeseen circumstances or events out of The Company’s control), the agreed delivery time shall be extended until such hindrance has subsided.  During such period The Company will do everything possible to ensure the swiftest resolution. 

Returns Policy

Any product bought in error by the customer must be returned in the same condition and same packaging it was received within 30 days of the transaction date.  The customer will pay for return postage fee.  We strongly recommend The Customer uses a traceable service to return items as The Company will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.

The Company should be made aware of any damage to the product incurred via transit within three working days of receiving the goods, this can be done by phone 01642 244 775 or the Contact us Section.  Should there be any aspect of the customer’s order missing, this includes shortages, The Customer must inform the company within three working days of receiving The Product. 

The Company will not credit, refund or replace any products which are misused or mistreated.  All products should be used as intended and should not be subject to usage that violates any guarantee that accompanies the product.   

Defective items

In the event that a product is deemed not for purpose due to manufacturing discrepancies, The Customer must inform The Company within 3 working days via telephone 01642 244 775 or the contact us section.  The Product will be replaced, repaired or The customer will receive a full refund. 

The terms and conditions here supersede any conditions or understanding that The Customer may have communicated verbally, via email or otherwise with any representative of The Company.

This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
